The Law stipulates: provide the National Commission of the State Public Utilities Regulation with the right to set tariffs for heating energy with consideration of heating services; introduce transference of funds for heating energy to current accounts with a special regime of using heat-supplying and heat-producing organizations in order to perform calculations for the used natural gas.
